Getting started with Smarcomms's White Label Reseller Program

Step 1: Sign up to Cloud Campaign

First, you'll sign up to Cloud Campaign. We will connect your account directly to ours, ensuring everything is set up correctly right from the start. This initial step is crucial for integrating our services seamlessly under your brand.

Please let us know which email you used to sign up with Cloud Campaign, and we will ensure it is correctly linked to Smarcomms for white label purposes.

You can view Cloud Campaign's pricing and features here. While their pricing may be subject to change, you have flexible options to suit your needs:

  • Entry Pricing: Opting for the entry-level pricing will display Cloud Campaign branding. This is perfectly fine if you're just starting out, as Cloud Campaign has no direct link to Smarcomms. We can still operate as your white-label agency in the background, providing all the necessary services without any visible connection.

  • Mid to High-Tier Plans: For a completely branded experience, you can choose their mid to high-tier plans. These options offer full white-label functionality, allowing you to add your own logo and branding. This is ideal if you want to maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all client interactions.

Selecting the right plan will depend on your specific business needs and how you want to present your services to your clients.

Step 2: Sign up to SPP.co (Optional)

Optionally, you can sign up with SPP.co to manage billing and client subscriptions.

This offers many benefits including:

  • Automated Billing: Set your own pricing for services, and let SPP.co take care of all the invoicing and payment processing. This tool streamlines the billing process, allowing you to focus more on client service and less on administrative tasks.

  • Seamless Client Transactions: Utilize the reseller module to connect your SPP account directly with Smarcomms. When your client places an order with you, it automatically syncs with Smarcomms. For example, you might charge your client $295 for our Basic Plan offering 10 posts, while we only charge you $99. Your client pays the full price, and SPP.co automatically processes your payment to us for $99 — it's hassle-free and transparent.

  • Client Management: Manage client details and service packages with ease. SPP.co's intuitive interface allows you to update client information and adjust service packages as needed, ensuring a smooth experience for both you and your clients.

  • Efficiency at Scale: As your client base grows, the value of SPP.co's automation becomes even more apparent. Save time and minimize errors with this robust tool, making it easier to scale your business without the growing pains typically associated with manual processes.

Step 3: Order for your client

If you choose not to use SPP.co, your next step is straightforward: just create a free Smarcomms client portal account here. Once your account is set up, you can manually place an order on behalf of your client. This process follows the same steps but requires you to handle each order manually.

While this option involves more hands-on management, it allows you to stay closely involved with every aspect of your client's social media services. Whether you're ordering basic or premium packages, you'll be in full control, ensuring that each client's needs are meticulously met.

Step 4: Tell us about your client

If you integrated with SPP, your client will be able to answer the intake form via your SPP client portal account and the answers will sync through to Smarcomms automatically.

If you chose not to integrate with SPP, after placing your order, simply fill out the intake form in your Smarcomms account manually with details about your client's business and their specific needs. The more detailed the information, the better tailored our services will be.

Step 5: Connect social media accounts

Once you're all set up in your Cloud Campaign account, the next step is to have your client connect their social media pages.

Rest assured, your Cloud Campaign account will not display any Smarcomms branding or mention of Smarcomms, as this is a fully white-label service.

This process is designed to be straightforward and secure. Your client will log into their own Cloud Campaign social media dashboard and link their social media accounts.

It only takes a few clicks, and importantly, no sensitive login details are shared. This ensures that all connections are made securely, and your client maintains control over their social media credentials.

This step not only protects privacy but also simplifies the setup, making it quick and hassle-free for both you and your client.

Step 6: Approve and go live

Within a week, we’ll have the first batch of posts ready for your review. You can approve them, and they’ll go live under your client’s profiles. It’s that simple!
