After you have managed the users for the course, it's time to manage it's content.
This is Step 3 in e-course creation.
Content needs to be created and published in Content management before creating the course. See more: Content creation.
To add content, you first need to select it. Use the Search field to find specific content by title or keywords from the content library. Use the dropdown menu to filter content by Private or Public, or use both by selecting All content.
Select Content: Mark the checkbox next to the content that needs to be added.
Add Selected Content: Click on the Add selected content button to include the chosen material in the course.
Review Content Details: You can click on Details to view more information about the content, such as rating, duration, licensing, and the curriculum.
3. Include Assessment and Certification: Once you added content, mark the checkbox next to Include Assesment and Insert Certificate if you want those options to apply to your course.
How to create multicourse?
A multicourse in Smart Arena serves the purpose of organizing multiple individual courses into a unified learning path or program, enabling organizations to deliver structured and comprehensive training.
Benefits of a Multicourse:
Structured Learning Paths: Helps learners progress systematically through a sequence of topics or skill sets.
Progress Tracking: Monitors learner progress across all courses within the multicourse.
To create multicourse you add more than one content to the e-course. You first need to select each content and select button "Add selected content" for each of selected content.
Once you have added the contents, a list of contents will be created:
You can include an assessment and issue a certificate for each content by checking the boxes on the right.
You can remove the content by clicking on the trash can by each content on the right.
Once you have filled all the needed checkboxes and finalized the content list, click Create to move on to the next step.

Certificates in a Multicourse
Certificates are added during Step 5 of Course Management and are granted only after participants meet the necessary requirements, such as completing all theoretical and practical modules. This ensures that certifications reflect a comprehensive achievement of the outlined learning goals.
At the Multicourse level, the certificate management process is flexible. If a certificate is added at this level, it will replace certificates assigned to individual content within the multicourse. For instance, if the multicourse includes only one e-course, that e-course’s certificate becomes the primary certification. Conversely, if the multicourse consists of multiple e-courses, the certificate is issued only after all e-courses within the multicourse are successfully completed. This approach centralizes and streamlines the certification process for complex, multi-module training programs.
Next Step: Survey
Once you have selected all the needed content, click Create to move on to the next step. See e-course survey.
