Customizing the application appearance in Smart Arena allows to align the platform with corporate branding. By updating the favicon icon and app name, a personalized and professional user experience that reflects their identity can be created. These settings ensure consistency with the organization's visual standards, enhancing recognition and branding. While optional, these features provide a simple way to make the platform feel tailored to your company.
Navigate to Organization management, to the Manage organization tab, and click on Personalization tab.
Favicon and Browser Tab Customization
Favicon Icon: Upload a custom favicon (the small icon displayed in the browser tab in front of the page name) to reflect your company’s branding.
App Name: Specify the application name that appears in the browser tab to align with your corporate identity.
Both of these settings are optional. If you decide not to change them, the favicon and app name will be displayed as default.
Example: The favicon is circled in red, the app name is located in the black square.
Steps to Customize
Locate the Favicon Icon and Browser tab name setting section.
Enter your desired App name to customize the title displayed on the browser tab.
Click Upload favicon to add a small icon file representing your brand.
Save the changes to update the browser tab appearance for all users.
Ensure the favicon file is in the correct format (.ico) and optimized size (32 x 32 pixels) for web usage. This enhances recognition and consistency across platforms.
Preferred Design Layout
Choose between designs that reflect your company’s preferences for user experience.
Two layout options are available to modify the course display and navigation for employees.
As of now, the second layout option is avaliable only in basic user view.
Color Profile Customization
Select a specific color scheme that aligns with your corporate branding. Options include various pre-set color profiles, or the ability to configure one that matches your company’s branding palette.
Graphic Assets Customization
Login Page: Upload a login page background image and logo to reflect your brand on the login screen.
The preferred logo size is 1000x400 to 250x100 pixels in .png format.

Application Header: Upload a header logo that appears at the top of the interface for a consistent brand identity.

Error Page: Add a custom error page to maintain a branded user experience even in error situations.

Email Branding
Add a branded email header that appears on all outgoing notification emails. Customize the footer to include your company’s contact details or legal disclaimers.
Adjust the Email Header and Footer using the editor to add branding elements.
