The Courses per Users tab in the Reporting module offers a comprehensive overview of users' engagement and progress across courses within a specified timeframe. This feature allows administrators to track participation trends, monitor individual or group progress, and analyze course activity using customizable date ranges and filtering options. By leveraging this tool, organizations can gain valuable insights into learning outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve training effectiveness.
The second tab in the Reporting module is Courses per Users. In this tab, you can find all users across all courses conducted during a selected period. The Courses per Users tab in the Reporting module provides an overview of users' progress and engagement with courses within a selected timeframe.
Set Date Range: Use the Date Selector at the top of the page. Select the start date and end date for the period you wish to review. Click the Show button to generate the data.

You can apply various filters to the course list by clicking on the advanced filtering options.
You can select a specific content category from public and private content.
Filter organizational units by selecting a unit from the list, by clicking Show deleted organizational units you can see the inactive organizational units. Expend all to see the subordinate units.
Additional options allow filtering purchased or market courses, completion date, and showing modules.
Search for Specific Users: Use the Search Bar to find a specific user within the list.
Information Displayed in the Table
The course title.
Name and Surname.
User's birth date, if available.
Email.
Mapping Code: Custom identifiers for tracking.
Organizational unit.
Location.
Workplace.
Progress status.
Date of Completion (If the user has completed the course).
Progress: Percentage of course completion (If the course has not been completed).
Score: Results from course assessments (If the user has completed the course).
Time on Course.
Actions.
Actions
If you click the gear icon in the Actions column, additional options appear under certain conditions.
The Actions options are conditional and depend on the course setup.
Certificate and Assessments
By clicking the Certificate button you can download the user's certificate for the course (title in the first column). By clicking on Assessments, a page with users' assessment report will open.
Here the administrator can remove failed assessment attempts if the user was unable to finish the course because of unsuccessful attempts. You can do that by clicking the trash can by the attempt you want to remove. See Reactivating Course Enrollment and Assessment Opportunities.
Note: The best attempt can not be deleted. The user will have as many new attempts as we deleted. If we delete 2 out of 3 possible, they can try 2 more times.
Modules
This button appears only for courses with multiple modules. Detailed information for each of the modules of the multicourse will appear.
Reset enrollment date
The Reset enrollment date button allows administrators to reset a user's enrollment date for a course. This is particularly useful in scenarios where the course access period is tied to the enrollment date, as resetting it will effectively extend the user's access duration or align it with a new timeframe.
Statement
Provides a summary of the user's progress.
For an e-course to include a statement, the following conditions must be met:
The organization’s subdomain must have the Statement option enabled ( See Compliance module).
A statement must be uploaded to the organization.
A statement must be selected for the e-course.
Export and message options
Use the Export dropdown menu to download the data in various formats (e.g., XLS, CSV, PDF).
You can also send new messages to users directly from this tab by selecting the Send New Message button.
