This notification informs a user when they are assigned as an enroller for the course catalogue. You can enable or disable this notification using the toggle switch.

Catalogue Confirmer

This notification lets a user know when they are set as a confirmer for the course catalogue. Use the toggle to turn this notification on or off.

Confirmation Deadline

Users will receive this notification when the deadline for confirming enrolled users is approaching. By default, it is sent 3 days before the deadline, and you can choose to enable or disable it.

New Courses in the Catalogue

This notification alerts users when new courses are added to the catalogue. You can manage its status with the toggle switch.

Enrollment Deadline

Users are notified when the deadline for enrolling in the course catalogue is nearing. The notification is sent 3 days before the deadline, and you can enable or disable it.

Self-Enrollment Deadline

This notification is sent to users when the self-enrollment deadline is approaching. By default, it is triggered 3 days before the deadline, and you can control its activation using the toggle.

To configure notifications, adjust the toggles based on your preferences.

Specific notifications are useful as they ensure timely communication and help both administrators and learners stay informed about critical updates and deadlines.

By automating these alerts, notifications minimize the need for manual follow-ups, improving the efficiency of training management.

  • For example, notifications for Catalogue Enroller and Confirmer inform designated individuals about their roles, allowing them to take prompt action. This is particularly useful when assigning responsibilities for managing course catalogues, ensuring accountability and efficiency.

  • Confirmation Deadline notifications are particularly beneficial for learners, as they remind them to confirm their enrollment before the deadline. This is critical in scenarios such as compliance training, where timely confirmation is essential to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Similarly, notifications about New Courses in the Catalogue keep users informed about newly added content, encouraging exploration and participation in fresh learning opportunities.

  • Lastly, Enrollment and Self-Enrollment Deadline notifications are vital for ensuring that learners enroll in mandatory courses on time. These reminders reduce the risk of missed deadlines and improve participation rates.

By fostering accountability and ensuring timely action, these notifications streamline the training process and enhance overall engagement and efficiency.
