After adding live sessions (see live sessions) you can set up the notifications the users will receive before, during, and after the live course. Turn on the toggle to enable the notification.
The toggle at the top of the notifications list turns on all notifications.
Possible notifications include:
Notification Name | Description |
A live session has been added to your course! | Alerts users when a new live session is added. |
Course live session changed! | Informs users of changes to existing live session details. |
You have successfully acquired a certificate! | Notifies users of successful course completion with certification. |
Your certificate has expired. | Alerts users when their certificate validity has ended. |
Your course is about to begin. | Notifies users a day before the course starts. |
Live session reminder! | Sends a reminder a day before any scheduled live session. |
You are falling behind! | Alerts users when many others have completed the course but they have not. |
Statement confirmation. | Notifies users when an instructor confirms their statement. |
Statement approver. | Notifies users when they are selected as the statement approver. |
Conditions met. | Notifies admins when a user meets specific course conditions. |
Conditions failed. | Notifies admins when a user fails to meet course conditions. |
User completed the course. | Informs the instructor when a user successfully completes the course. |
Course live session removed! | Alerts users when a previously scheduled live session is removed. |
A new live course is available to you. | The participant receives this notification upon enrollment in the course. The notification lists all sessions and their details. |
Complete the course survey | The participant receives this notification when the last live session ends and they haven't completed the survey. |
Notifications will be sent via email to each enrolled user, all notifications will also be visible in the notification hub in Smart Arena.
