Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation terms are agreed to when you sign up to Smart Insights, and vary depending on the membership level you choose.

Please review the terms you agreed to on signup here.

Please note that we will not make any exceptions to these terms, for any reason.

Once your account is cancelled, you will retain access until your next billing date, at which point your account will expire without further charges.

At that point, all Learning Path progress is deleted, and any monthly credits you have acquired are removed - so ensure you finish Learning Paths, and use credits, before your account expires.
