The Smart Nora unit carries a 30 Day Risk Free Trial. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send us an email at support@smartnora.com

In order to be eligible to return your Smart Nora, you must contact us via email within 30 calandar days of receiving your Smart Nora. Returns will not be accepted beyond this time.

Once the product has been received back at Smart Nora Inc, a credit will be issued. Please keep all receipts and delivery notices on file for reference. Allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

In order to extend your trial we need to hear from you within 30 days after you received your product. We are unable to extend trials or accept returns after the 30 days.
