Delta refers to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) behind the SmartAC.com platform. Currently Delta also handles some of the chat conversations with our customers through their App. Over time our machine learning will develop to allow Delta to identify even more HVAC signatures so we can identify member issues faster and more accurately.
