Did you receive a Low Sensor Battery Notification?
You can directly purchase batteries through this notification by clicking "Purchase Batteries" then following steps 3-6 that are listed below.
1. Open your SmartAC.com app, and on the homepage click on the bottom of the right corner on “Account.”
2. Once redirected, locate the “ORDERS” tab > “Store”.
3. Click on “Replacement Batteries” next to the image.
*Our batteries are sold in a pack of 12. This amount of batteries should last up to two replacements for 1 hub with 3 sensors. For homeowners with two hubs, one battery pack will be sufficient for one replacement.*
4. Add your desired amount of battery packs to your cart by clicking the “+”.
5. Input your Credit Card information and Shipping Address once in the shopping cart. You are able to purchase batteries using Apple Pay, PayPal, or any card of your choice.
6. Review and place your order.
