How do I update a Member's HVAC system in the ProApp after an install?

After installing a new HVAC system for an existing member, update their account so monitoring reflects the new equipment.

  1. Open the Pro App and go to Members

  2. Search for the member and open their Property Details

  3. Tap Service Property

4. Select HVAC Service

5. Select Replace an existing system

6. Select the system being replaced

7. Tap Begin Setup

The flow will walk you through:

  • Risk profile questions for the new system

  • Home layout confirmation

  • System type verification

  • New nameplate photos (condenser and furnace/air handler)

  • Hub connection verification

  • Sensor placement verification

  • Filter size and type updates

Note: The old system's data is archived. Past Monthly Health Reports remain unchanged, but new reports will reflect the new equipment. Active performance alerts are cleared, though activity history is retained.
