A crowd is a collection of people who have been asked to collaborate in the same space. This may be everyone in the organisation, one particular department, or everyone working on a project.

Who is in each Crowd is determined by the Crowd Creators and Admin

A good way to get started is to browse the Crowds that you are a member of.

Choose the Browse > My Crowds option from the main menu.  A screen similar to the example below will be displayed.

Choose the Browse > All Crowds to see both the Crowds of which you are a member, and the ones that you can self-join, a.k.a. Discoverable Crowds. these will be indicated by a purple 'Not member' label, with an ellipses beside it that can be used to join the Crowd

To view a quick summary of each Crowd, roll over the Crowd image with your mouse pointer (or tap the image if you are using a mobile device).

To explore a Crowd fully, click or tap on the Crowd name.  This will open the Crowd Profile page, which will look similar to the example below

Here you will find an introduction to the Crowd, along with summary information for each of the Groups that have been launched in the Groups. You can find out more about each Groups by clicking or tapping on the Group name or the Read More link.
You can also add an idea to a Group by choosing the green + Add Idea button at any time.
