Once you have connected the external CRM or any other app to Smarter Contact, you can proceed with transferring the leads' info from Smarter Contact.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to Messenger or the Contacts page.
2. Click on the Conversation or Contact name to open a sidebar.
3. Click on the Export Lead Data icon next to the name of the Contact on the sidebar

4. Select the integration you'd like to trigger from the drop-down list.
