When setting up pricing groups for a service plan, you can define rules that control how customers select between them. For example, if you offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold pricing groups, you’ll usually want customers to choose only one. This prevents them from accidentally selecting multiple, overlapping services in the same proposal.
To find these options select Advanced Settings in your service plan.
To enforce only one selection, configure your pricing group rules to require both a minimum and maximum of one selection from the available pricing groups.
If you want the customer to be able to select only one or none, you would set the minimum to zero and the maximum to one.
When customers view the proposal, they’ll see these pricing groups presented as radio buttons, allowing only one selection.
