To navigate here, go to Settings > Custom Settings > Service Agreements
From here, you can click the add +Add Service Agreement button located underneath the billing tab
Once the appropriate terms are created, these can be selected to be added to a Service Plan (under Step 3, Products and agreements). Multiple Service Agreements can be attached to a singular service plan, and no service agreements are required.
