The custom line items feature allows you to do the following manage a list of line items within Settings > Custom Settings > Line Items
These line items can then be added into a service plan or as an additional item while you are creating a proposal. After selecting which line item you would like to add, it will pre-populate the line item's Title, Description, Billing Schedule, Service Schedule, and Pricing. You may edit this line item further from the current proposal you are working on if necessary.
