How to Create or Edit Service Agreements
Go to Settings > Custom Settings > Service Agreements
From here, you can click the add +Add Service Agreement button in the upper right
You will then see a popup allowing you to input your agreement title and the legal verbiage for the agreement (These are both customer facing)
After creating your service agreement, go to your service plan > go to step 3 > click into the service agreement dropdown > add any applicable service agreements and hit save
On the proposal, the service agreement will appear in the Service Agreement section
Should multiple services be grouped together, all terms will show in this area.
