Company and Branding Settings

Customize your business's default look and feel through the branding proposal settings.

Navigate to Settings>Company

This portion will only be visible to those with the access role "Owner"


Company Branding

  • The Primary Image Shown in the Top Left of an Agreement. This is the main Image to represent your business on Agreements.

Accepted File types are: PNG, JPEG, PNG being the preferred file type

Below is how this image will appear on the proposal:


Company Name:

  • This is the name of your business and is customer facing.


Company Description:

  • A small summary of your business and value propositions that will instill value within your services that will show on all agreements. This is typically the same as an "About Us" section on your website.

  • This portion can be edited to include colors, multiple font sizes, hyperlinks, and placeholders, and will appear exactly as it is shown in this field on your proposals


Cover Header Photo:

  • This is the Banner Style image displayed across the top of your proposals

A wider style photo is preferred to prevent sidebars on the image.

Accepted File types are: PNG, JPEG, PNG being the preferred file type


Colors:

  • Colors have two selections, a primary and a secondary

  • These colors are represented in Hexadecimal style shown below

  • These colors can be pulled into many text fields as a color option, either to highlight or select the text to be these colors

  • They will be the first two options on the color picker shown below:


Fonts:

  • There are two font selection options, a Headline and Body Font

  • There are a dropdown list to select from for each

If you do not have standard company fonts or yours are not available in the dropdown options, we recommend Oswald and Nunito as shown above for a clean proposal experience.


Address, Company Phone, Company Email, License Number, Company Website URL

  • The Address field will pull from the suggested address in

  • The Company Phone Number should be a number that customers can call if they have questions about their services.

  • The email is recommended to be a general company email

  • Your License Number is the Applicator License (as opposed to the Tax ID) and can be pulled in with Placeholders onto the proposals


Advanced Settings:

  • In this field, you can write custom CSS to edit the overall look and feel that is not an out of the box editable portion of the software. E.g. replace bullet points with stars on the proposal, add gradients, etc.

This field should be reserved for advanced users. This field affects all proposals.
