Integrate Grade Levels into SmartPass
Incorporating grade levels into SmartPass enhances the platform by allowing you to provide additional information about your students.
Please be aware that if you are utilizing Clever or Classlink integration, we can synchronize the student grade levels, eliminating the need for manual uploads.
📣 Raptor SmartPass 📣
As part of ongoing improvements, integrations and account management are handled within Raptor. As a result, the integrations menu is not available for Raptor SmartPass schools. Futhermore, grade levels are synced through Raptor Link. Updates must be made through your student data source.
SmartPass schools who migrate over to Raptor SmartPass can expect to fully sync student data.
Raptor SmartPass rostering is supported by Clever, ClassLink, or SFTP.
How to set it up
1. Download our CSV map file
Complete the CSV spreadsheet by entering the student's email addresses in the first column and their corresponding grade levels in the second column.

Tips:
Utilize only the numerical representation for grade levels (e.g., 7th grade = 7).
When using an email address, ensure that the format is accurate by double-checking it.
2. Upload the Grade Levels
Follow these steps for clarity:
Go to the Profile Pictures integrations page.
Click Accounts, then navigate to Integrations located at the top left corner.
Scroll down to locate the ID Numbers integration, then click Set up.
On the Grade Levels page:
Click Choose CSV to select the map file you previously created.
Click Upload.
After uploading the file, return to the list of student accounts to see the grade levels displayed alongside the accounts.
FAQ
Can I add just grades for new students as they enroll, or on an as needed basis?
Yes, you can do this from the Snapshot page. Just search the student in the top left search bar.
