Integrate ID numbers into SmartPass.
Incorporating ID numbers into SmartPass offers numerous benefits. It enables you to enrich SmartPass with additional student information, facilitates pass history filtering by ID number, grants students the ability to find themselves in the system, and much more.
Please be aware that if you are utilizing Clever or ClassLink integration, we can synchronize the student ID numbers, eliminating the need for manual uploads.
How to set it up
1. Create the map file
Complete the CSV spreadsheet by entering the email addresses associated with the account in the first column, and their corresponding ID numbers in the second column.

Tips:
Before proceeding, ensure that the email address is correctly formatted if you are using one.
2. Upload the ID Numbers
Follow these steps for clarity:
Go to the Profile Pictures Integration page.
Click on "Accounts," then navigate to "Integrations" located at the top left corner.
Scroll down to locate the "ID Numbers" integration, then click on "Set up."
On the "ID Numbers" page:
Click on "Choose CSV" to select the map file you previously created.
Click Upload
After uploading the file, return to the list of student accounts to see the ID numbers displayed alongside the accounts.
