Have you tried to reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" on our login-page, and did you not receive an email with a guide?
Often it is because of one of three things:
Your user has not been activated yet.
It is not the email you have activated your user with.
Our email is in your spammail.
If none of the above helps, please contact Smartplan Support with the following information:
Your name
Your email
The name of the account you want to log in to
