It is possible to synchronize your shifts with your calendar. This means that you will be able to see all of your shifts in your calendar, so you do not have to open the rota in Smartplan each time you want to check your shifts. This will save you some time and you will always have your shifts nearby. 

Start by clicking on "Me":

Click on "Your Shifts". Now you can click on "Add Shifts to Calendar":

Then this popup will appear in which you can choose the calendar, that is relevant for you:

When you have opened the Smartplan app you can also easily synchronize with your calendar. Get started by clicking on the wheel in the top, left corner:

Now you can choose "Add Shifts to Calendar":

Then you will once again be able to choose the relevant calendar:
