If you're invited to more Smartplan accounts, then we recommend to activate your new user with the same login details

In this article, we will go through how you:

How to activate a new user if you're already a member of another Smartplan account

If you're already a member of a different Smartplan account, then you can benefit from creating your new user with the same email and password when activating it. That way, you'll be able to switch between your accounts when you're logged in and thereby avoid having to log in and out when wanting to see your other account(s).

When receiving your invitation to the new account in your email inbox, click "Activate user in Smartplan".

Now you'll be sent to the page on where you should type in your login information.

Here, type the same email + password that you use on your other Smartplan account(s).

Now you're done activating yourself as a new member. Well done!

How to switch between different accounts on a computer

When you're logged in to any of your accounts, you'll be able to switch between them at the upper left corner:

Of course, you can also switch between your accounts on your smartphone. You do this by pressing the cogwheel in the upper left corner and then click "Change Smartplan account".
