Go to "Rotas" in the main menu. In order to take on a shift, you first of all have to find and open the rota, that the shift in question is created in:

In the rota, find the specific day of the shift that you want to take. Either click on the day or the shift directly:

In the overview for the day, you will now be able to click on "take shift":

You can take on free shifts within the Smartplan app on your mobile phone as well.

Go to "Rotas" and find the rota, that the shift in question is a part of:

In the rota, swipe right and left to see the other days of the week. Swipe up and down to see the remaining weeks of the rota. When you have found the shift, that you would like to take, click on it:

Now you can take over the shift:
