Using the Mapping section, you can add markers and draw shapes so that an area can be marked and subsequently, a map location assigned.

Apart from a map view, this section includes a number of action buttons at the top-right corner. These action buttons allow you to:

Move Around the Map

By default, this action is selected. You can move around the map by simply dragging your mouse in the direction you want to move on the map.

In case you have made another selection, clicking the hand-shaped button from the action buttons stops the drawing and lets you drag to move around the map again.

Add a Marker

You can simply add a marker by clicking the marker button from the available action buttons. To know about how this feature works in detail, please read the How to Assign Marker Points? article.

Draw a Circle

This button allows you to draw a circle on the map rather than choosing two marker points to define the location area. Please read the How to Draw a Circle and Assign Map Location? article to know about this feature in detail.

Draw a Shape

Working a little differently than the circle, this feature lets you draw a shape with a series of clicks to define the directional points of the shape you want to create.

If you want to learn about this feature in detail, please visit the How to Draw a Shape from the Mapping Section? article.

Draw a Rectangle

This feature works in a similar manner as "draw a circle". You can use your mouse cursor to draw a rectangle and assign map location to the captured area.

To have a detailed look into how this feature is used, please visit the How to Draw a Rectangle and Assign Map Location? article.
