SmartProperty > Left-Hand Menu > Mapping
Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Mapping section.
From the action buttons located at the top-right corner, click the marker button.
Once selected, click on a point on the map where you want to place the location marker. As the click is made, the Assign Map Location popup is displayed.
From the Assign Map Location popup, select the category in which the component you want to associate is placed using the All Categories dropdown.
Once a category is selected, search for the required component using the "Find component by name" search field. As you start typing, the relevant results start populating in the field.
Upon selecting the component, click the Add Shape button.
Resultantly, the map overlay is added and the marker is displayed on the point where you clicked on the map. In addition, a success message is also displayed on the bottom-right corner saying "Map Overlay Added". Note that you can relocate the marker by dragging it to another location.
