Upon successful login, navigate to the left-hand menu.
From the list of modules displayed here, click Plans. Doing so takes you to the Plans module where you can compare different funding plans.
Here, you can compare a number of different funding plans. To select a plan, use the Plan dropdowns displayed at the top of the screen.
As the plans are selected, they take the place of the Plan dropdowns. Moreover, a graphical representation for the plans is displayed below these dropdowns. In this graph, the ending reserve balance is mapped against the Duration (Years).
Moreover, hovering over the graph reveals a tooltip displaying the reserve balance for the plans at the selected time.
Moving further, scrolling down further takes you to the details of the selected funding plans tabulated. In the table, information for each plan is displayed via a number of columns that include Funding Plan, Annual Reserve Contributions, Avg Monthly Reserve Contributions, Solvent, and Percent Funded.
To remove a plan, click the trashcan icon from the plan row.
In case you want to view financial assumptions, click the Financial Assumptions button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
Furthermore, you can view the details of a specific plan by clicking the plan name displayed in place of the Plan dropdown.
Doing so takes you to the Funding Report screen for the selected plan. Here, key metrics of the selected plan that include Total Reserve Funds, Anticipated Expenditure, and Ending Reserve Balance are displayed as a graph.
Hovering over a bar reveals a tooltip displaying the amount of that specific metric at the selected point of time.
To view the report in PDF, click the View as PDF button.
Scrolling further, the stats displayed via the graph are displayed in the form of a table. In this table, the information is tabulated via various columns that include Year, Annual Reserve Contributions, Monthly Reserve Contributions (Avg. Per Unit), Starting Reserve Balance, Interest Earned, Total Reserve Funds, Anticipated Expenditures, Ending Reserve Balance, Fully Funded Reserve Balance, and Percent Funded.
To view details of the selected plan, click the Plan Details tab.
In this section, all details relevant to the selected funding plan are displayed.
