SmartProperty > Left-Hand Menu > Reports
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Reports screen.
By default, the Project Reports section opens. The only report this section has is the Project Summary Report. To see what the report includes, click the report name.
Resultantly, the project summary report is displayed. This report provides a summary of your current and upcoming projects.
As the report opens, you can see each current and upcoming project tabulated. Meaningful information is displayed via a number of columns that include Location, Phase, Status, Estimated Start Date, Estimated Due Date, Approved Contract Amount, Paid to Date, Available Reserve Funds, and Replacement Cost Estimate.
Moreover, in case a project has components associated to it, they are also displayed via a table that includes the Component Name, Year Scheduled, and Replacement Cost Estimate columns.
To generate the report, click the Export to Excel button located at the top-right corner. Doing so downloads the report in a .CSV file.
Customization
Customization is facilitated by a number of filters displayed atop the report. Using these filters, you can filter the report on the basis of project name, vendor, or general ledger code. For that, type the desired parameter in the Project Name/Vendor/GL Code field.
Moreover, in case you want to filter the results displayed in the report on the basis of a specific project, use the All Projects dropdown. All existing projects are present in this dropdown.
Similarly, the report can also be filtered on the basis of a specific project phase. For that, use the All Phases dropdown to select the required phase on which you want to filter the report.
Additionally, you can also filter the report on the basis of the status of a project. For this, use the All Statuses dropdown. All statuses in which the existing projects are present are listed in this dropdown.
Lastly, SmartProperty also allows you to filter the Projects Summary Report on the basis of Estimated Due Dates of the project. For instance, if you select current month from this dropdown, all projects that have an estimated start date of current month are displayed.
Furthermore, clicking the marker icon from the top-right corner of the filters tile resets the applied filters.
