How to Generate Component Photos and Details Report?

SmartProperty > Left-Hand Menu > Reports

Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Reports module.

From the tabs listed atop the screen, click Component Analysis. Doing so displays all pre-loaded reports that exist in the component analysis category.

From the displayed list, click Component Photos and Details. Doing so opens the component photos and details. This report displays a list of common area components with photos.

This report has the details of each component displayed along with its images.

Edit Report Settings

To edit the settings of the displayed report, click the Edit Report Settings button. Doing so opens the settings in a panel on the right.

From this panel, you can choose the columns to include in the report by marking the corresponding checkbox.


Once the selections are made, click the Save Report Settings button.

Filters

To apply filters to the report, click the Filters button.


To filter the report on the basis of component name, general ledger code, cost center, or project, type in the required parameter in the Name/GL Code/Cost Center/Project field.

Moreover, to filter the report on the basis of a specific location, use the By Location dropdown. All existing locations are listed in this dropdown. You can mark the checkbox(s) for the location(s) you want to include in the report. To select all, mark the All checkbox.

To filter the report contents on the basis of a specific category, use the By Category dropdown. All existing component categories are displayed in this dropdown. You can either select all (marking All checkbox) or choose specific ones by clicking the corresponding checkbox(s).

In case you want to filter the report on the basis of component type, use the By Type dropdown. All the component types are displayed in this dropdown. You can either select all types (by marking the All checkbox) or choose specific ones (by marking the corresponding checkbox(s)).

Additionally, you can also filter the contents of the report based on a specific tag. For this purpose, use the By Tag dropdown. You can either select all (marking the All checkbox) or choose specific tag(s) (marking the corresponding checkbox(s)) from here.

You can also filter the report on the basis of components w.r.t the ones that have photos as well as all components (with and without photos) using the Component with Photos filter.

To reset the applied filters, click the marker icon.

Report Generation

Once all the required filters are applied, click the View as PDF button to download the report in a .PDF file.
