How to Generate Reserve Allocation Report?

Have a look at a comparison of your reserve allocation based on a component level across multiple funding plan options.

SmartProperty > Left-Hand Menu > Reports

Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Reports module.

From the tabs listed atop the screen, click Summary Reports. Doing so opens the Summary Reports section where all summary reports are listed.

From the Summary Reports list, click Reserve Allocation Report. This report provides a comparison of your reserve allocation based on a component level across multiple funding plan options.

This report tabulates the details of all property components segregated into component categories. Information is displayed via several columns that include Component, GL Code, and a column each for every existing funding plan.

Report Generation

To extract the contents of the report in a .PDF file, click the View as PDF button.

To download the report in a .CSV file, click the Export to Excel button.
