How to Generate Reserve Analysis Report?

SmartProperty > Left-Hand Menu > Reports

Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Reports module.

From the tabs listed atop the screen, click Summary Reports. Doing so opens the Summary Reports section where all summary reports are listed.

From the Summary Reports list, click Reserve Analysis Report. This report includes component inventory, life cycle assessment, snapshot of current financial condition, and multiple funding plan options that give you more customization in selecting a strategy that’s right for you.

Edit Report Settings

To tweak the settings of the report, click the Edit Report Settings button located at the top-right corner of the screen.

Here, choose the funding plan from the Recommended Funding Plan dropdown.

In case you want to add reserve study details, click the +Add Detail button under the Reserve Study Details heading. This opens the Reserve Study popup.

Here, choose the date for the reserve study using the Reserve Study Date calendar.

Use the Type dropdown to select the reserve study type.

As you select the type, the Inspection Date calendar is displayed. Choose the date of inspection from here.

Enter the name of the provider for the reserve study using the Provider field.

Enter the cost of the reserve study in the Cost field.

Once the selections are made, click the Add button.

Moving further, mark the checkbox(s) for the column(s) you want to include on the report.

Once the required report settings are set, click the Save Report Settings button.

Report Generation

To generate the report in .PDF, click the View as PDF button.
