How to Generate the Reserve Funding Disclosure Report?

SmartProperty > Left-Hand Menu > Reports

Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Reports module.

From the tabs listed atop the screen, click Summary Reports. Doing so opens the Summary Reports section where all summary reports are listed.

From the Summary Reports list, click Reserve Funding Disclosure Packet (CA Civil Code §5570 and §5565).

As you click the report name, the Reserve Disclosure Report popup is displayed. Here, you can make the selections for the report to be generated.

Use the Yes/No radio buttons to answer the "Will your current Annual Assessment Fees change from $3,000,000.00?" question.

Similarly, use the Yes/No radio buttons to record your response to the "Are there additional assessments that have been scheduled to be imposed or charged?" question.

Select the funding plan to use for the generation of the reserve disclosure report using the Select a funding plan to adopt dropdown.

Use the Prepared By dropdown to select who is preparing the report.

Mark the acknowledgement checkbox.

Once the selections are made, click the Run Report button.

This generates the report and displays it on the Reserve Funding Disclosure screen.

Report Generation

To extract the report in .PDF, click the View as PDF button.
