Upon successful login, navigate to the left-hand menu.
From the list of modules available, click Activity. Doing so takes you to the Activity screen.
Here, all the activity for your property is displayed in a table. Information is displayed via a number of columns that include Activity, User, and Date.
Clicking an entry from the Activity column displays the component detail for the selected component.
Filters
To filter the records on the basis of component name/general ledger code/cost center, or project name, just type in the name in the Component Name/GL Code/Cost Center/Project field.
Use the All Activity Types dropdown to filter the results based on activity type.
In case you want to filter the records based on a specific user, select the user from the All Users dropdown.
To filter the results on the basis of a specific category, choose the required category from the All Categories dropdown.
To filter the results on the basis of a project, select the project from the All Projects dropdown.
In case you want to view results for a specific date, select the date from the All Dates dropdown.
Click the marker icon to reset the applied filters.
