SmartProperty > Portfolio > Reports
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Portfolio reports screen.
From the left-hand menu, click Portfolio List. Doing so opens the Portfolio List screen.
Here, the properties in the portfolio are displayed. Information is tabulated via various columns that include Property Name, # of Units, Property Address, Last RS Date, Last RS Type, and Last RS Provider.
To export the contents of the grid in a .CSV file, click the Export to Excel button.
To access the map view, click the Show Map button.
