The calculation of reserve account balance uses the projected balance at the end of selected fiscal year and is derived using the following information:
Current balance from your latest completed financial statement PLUS
Projected collections of assessments through the end of your fiscal year LESS
Projected disbursements of reserve study projects to be paid by the end of your fiscal year whether budgeted or not
