If you are a SmartVault Administrator, you can update the credit card information your company uses for SmartVault billing.
To update your payment information:
1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
2. From the Dashboard, click the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Click Payment Info under Manage Billing and Payment.
3. Update the credit card information form.
4. Click Update Payment Information.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for your card to be charged by the system. If your view does not look like this, you are not an administrator.
