You must be a SmartVault Administrator in order to view usage information and change your plan. 

Viewing Account Information

1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
2. Select the account you want to view.
3. Under Manage Billing and Payment, click Billing.

4. In the Current Plan and Usage section, review the amount of space used, number of licenses used, and the number of licenses remaining.

Making Changes to Your Plan

1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
2. Select the account to which you want to make changes.
3. Under Manage Billing and Payment, click Billing.

4. In the Update Plan section, change your plan and add additional user licenses and storage, if necessary.

Note: To see the cost of your changes, add or remove items. The totals automatically recalculate.
5. Click Save.
Note: In the Billing History section, you can view and print your invoices.
