To make a report using the Return List, use the following steps:

  1. While in the Return List, select the Settings symbol and then Customize Columns.

  2. While the Customize Columns flyout is open, you can drag and drop any headers that you wish to show, along with the order that they appear at the top of the list.

  3. Once you have the list setup as desired, select View More Actions, then Export Return List. This will export the list as a .csv or .xls that can be used in Microsoft Excel or most spreadsheet-based programs.
