To send a return from the desktop version of TaxWise, do the following:
Open the return in the desktop version of TaxWise.
On the Main Info page make sure that you select "The income tax return" checkbox for the question "What form(s) are you e-filing using PINs?"
Click Diagnostics and fix any problems that are found.
Click Mark to Transfer.
Click OK.
Click Close Return.
Log into the ADMIN user
Click Communications > Transfer to TaxWise Online.
Select the check boxes next to the returns to be sent to TaxWise Online.
Click Send.
To retrieve the return in TaxWise Online:
Log in to TaxWise Online as a user with administrative rights.
Click Select to Import returns under View More Actions.
Select the check boxes next to the returns to be retrieved.
From the Select a User list, select a user to move the returns into.
Click Move.
Note: TaxWise Desktop to TaxWise Online Transfer only work for current year returns.
