Start Recording: Click the "Record Screen" button in Chat Support or Email.
Open Jam: A new tab opens. Click the green "Start Recording" button.
Share Smartwiz Window: Select your Smartwiz Chrome window and click "Share."
Show the Issue: A timer appears. Demonstrate the problem in Smartwiz.
Stop Recording: Return to the Jam tab and click "Stop Recording."
Upload: Jam processes and uploads the recording to support. Just clock Submit Recording to finish up on it's upload.
Confirmation: You'll see confirmation in the Jam tab and chatbox.
