TaxSlayer E-Sign Options
1. In-Person E-Signatures:
This option lets you capture client signatures right in your office. All you need is a compatible signature pad, and you're ready to go!
2. Online E-Signatures:
TaxSlayer’s online e-signature option, integrated with TaxSlayer/Drake portals, enables clients to review and sign their tax documents remotely. This is an eSignature Event.
Here's how it works in Drake/TaxSlayer:
From the View/Print screen, select the forms you need to be signed.
Send them to your client (E-Signature Event)
They receive an email notification to log in to TaxSlayer/Drake Portal.
Clients verify their identity.
Clients securely sign documents.
You download signed documents back into TaxSlayer/Drake Documents.
Important Considerations
Before using the online e-signature feature, keep the following in mind:
Currently, the primary taxpayer and spouse must share the same address.
If a taxpayer fails the identity verification process three times, they will be locked out of the remote signing feature.

Click Sign in to my TaxSlayer Account.
Enter your EOM Credentials.
