When you want to call a number that’s chargeable – such as:
Premium numbers or service numbers starting 084 or 087
Call and text from a non-included roaming destination
You will need an add-on because this service is ‘out of plan’.
💭 Remember: Our plans, excluding data-only plans, include unlimited minutes and texts to standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02 and 03; excluding calls to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands), freephone numbers (starting 080), standard UK mobiles (starting 07) and calls within our Roaming EU Countries.
