1. Hardware installation
Step 1. Load the paper
Open the receipt printer
Insert a thermal, continuous paper roll with the following specifications:
Paper type : thermal, continuous paper
Paper width: 80mm
Paper thickness: 0.06mm - 0.1mm
Maximum roll diameter: 83mm
Step 2. Connect the printer to the point of sales screen
You can connect the printer to the POS screen in two ways:
Using two cables:
1 regular power supply
1 USB cable to the POS
Using one cable (optional):
A special single cable that connects directly to the POS without a power supply (must be purchased separately).
Step 3. Power on the printer.
Press the power button on the front of the printer.
When the green light is on, the printer is functioning correctly.
If the red light blinks, the printer is still working properly
2. Software installation
Download the printer driver (link).
Extract the downloaded zip file :
Run the Setup file located in Setup_BTP-S80 V1.0\Setup_BTP-S80 V1.0 :
Follow the installation wizard :
