You can upload a logo or image file when you're customizing a product. We support the following image formats:

AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG or HEIC.

AI and EPS are "vector" images, meaning they scale smoothly to any size. PNG, JPG or HEIC are "raster" images, meaning they store the image pixel-by-pixel and can not be scaled in size as smoothly. If uploading a "raster" image (PNG, JPG, HEIC), we recommend you upload a file that is at least 1200 px wide.

Once you've uploaded the logo or image, you can control its placement, size and rotation in the configuration tool.
