Unless you provide specific instructions, we'll rely on our experience to achieve the best-looking embroidery possible. Our digitizers are experts, and they can usually tell what is going to be most effective from the artwork.

If you have an embroidery file that includes stitch information you can email us after placing your order. We'll review that as part of the digitization process.

If you don't have an embroidery file but do have a clear vision on what type of embroidery effect you're aiming for, you can contact us with a description or instructions.

Keep in mind you can also order an embroidery sample ahead of a production order to make sure you're happy with how it looks. The sample fee will be refunded when you place an order for a product using the embroidery:
