Once you’ve connected your Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce store to the app, you can begin processing dropship orders.
All orders from your ecommerce platform will be automatically imported into the app from the time you connect, but only orders with at least 1 product from the app can be processed.
Dropship orders are imported with all relevant information including order items, customer shipping address, and the order number from your ecommerce site.
Once a dropship order has been paid for in the app, it will be forwarded to the supplier(s) for fulfillment.
When the supplier(s) update the order with tracking information, the tracking number and fulfillment will be automatically updated in the app and on your ecommerce platform.
