Setting Up Appointment Booking for Multiple Calendars

Allow clients to book the right appointment into the right calendar using one simple booking link. This is ideal if you manage multiple staff members, services, or locations.

Step 1: Sync the calendars you want to use

  1. Log in to the SMS Reminder web app.

  2. Go to Settings in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the Calendars tab.

  4. Check the boxes beside the calendars you want to sync.

Your plan determines how many calendars you can connect:

  • Basic – 2 calendars

  • Starter – 5 calendars

  • Business – 10 calendars

  • Enterprise – 20 calendars

  • Premium – Unlimited

💡 If a calendar doesn’t appear, make sure it’s already connected to your Google account.

Step 2: Create bookable appointment types

Depending on your subscription, your plan will allow for a maximum number of calendars you can sync. Simply select the ones you would like by clicking on the checkbox.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select the Booking Page tab.

  3. Click Manage appointment types.

  4. Select + Add Type.

  5. Name your appointment type.

  6. Choose which synced calendar this appointment should book into.

  7. Click Save.

Repeat this for each service, staff member, or location.

Each appointment type can be linked to a different calendar.

Step 3: Share your booking link

  1. Go to Settings → Booking Page.

  2. Copy your unique booking URL.

  3. Share it with clients by email, SMS, or on your website.

When clients book:

  • They choose an appointment type

  • They select a time

  • The booking is automatically added to the correct synced calendar

No manual scheduling required.


How it works

Each appointment type is mapped to a specific calendar.

When a client selects that appointment type, the booking is automatically added to the assigned calendar.

This helps you:

  • Keep team calendars organized

  • Reduce double bookings

  • Save admin time


If you need to sync more calendars, upgrade your plan in Settings → Billing.
