Reminder Timing Options

This article explains how to set the timing of when your reminder messages will be sent. You can choose from pre-set options or set your own timing.

Pre-Set Timing Options

By default the app will provide you with several pre-set timing options for your reminder messages. This makes it easy for you to quickly select common timings for your messages:

Confirmation Messages

  • Immediately after saving

  • 15 minutes after saving

  • 30 minutes after saving

  • 1 hour after saving

Reminder Messages

  • 30 minutes before the event

  • 1 hour before the event

  • 6 hours before the event

  • 12 hours before the event

  • 24 hours before the event

  • 2 days before the event

  • 7 days before the event

Follow-up Messages

  • Immediately after the event

  • 1 hour after the event

  • 3 hours after the event

  • 6 hours after the event

  • 12 hours after the event

  • 24 hours after the event

Custom Message Timing

You can also create a customized message timing for any of the message types above. This will allow you to set a message timing for any time period you like. You can set the number of days, hours and minutes for the message. Once you save your custom timing it will now be available in your pre-set timing list.
