Google Calendar Add-on
Install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Open the add-on in the sidebar of your Google Calendar™.
Click on an appointment and use the add-on to add a phone number and set a reminder.
Web Application
Go to https://www.smsreminder.co and log in with your Google account.
Click on an appointment in your Dashboard.
Add the phone number and customize the reminder.
Chrome Extension
Install the extension from the Chrome web store.
Open the extension & optionally pin it to your toolbar then log in with your SMS Reminders account details.
Click on an appointment in your Google Calendar™ and you'll see custom fields to set reminders from inside your calendar.
Note: This will work on the Google Calendar™ website only.
From Any Calendar App
In your preferred calendar app, add the phone number between hashtags in the event title or description/notes field like this: #505-324-1234#. This will work on your phone's calendar app as well.
The app will automatically detect the country code, so you don’t need to include it unless you want to send to someone in another country. The app will also recognize various phone number formats, so you can include dashes, brackets, spaces or leave them out.
