Appointment Notice Periods & Buffers

You can use the Minimum Notice and Buffer settings to ensure you don't get a surprise booking or fill up your calendar without having time to get organized between appointments.

Minimum Notice

Set a minimum amount of time you want to have before a booking can be added to your calendar. For example, you can set 1-day notice which means that the app will only start showing open slots 1 day into the future, even if your calendar is open before then. You can set the minimum notice in minutes, hours, or days.

Meeting Buffer

Ensure you're not running from appointment to appointment without enough time to prepare or worrying if an appointment goes a few minutes over schedule. You can set a buffer before or after existing appointments in your calendar to ensure you always have a minimum amount of team between bookings. The app won't show availabilities for appointments that overlap with your buffer.
